End-game guide — surges, colonization & the exponential wall

The final planet, Vesta, costs 1.8×10³⁰ credits. No linear mining crosses that: the end-game is entirely about research-driven multiplier systems — first mastering surges, then mass-colonizing the far planets.

Mastering surges

Surges are production spikes that appear on planets; the higher their "class", the stronger the effect. An entire research branch exists to detect these surges at ever-higher classes, telescope by telescope. This is the heart of end-game scaling.

The ladder follows your telescopes: "Surge Mapping" (telescopes 0-3), then "Echo Filtering" (4-7), "Harmonic Calibration" (8-11), "Reactive Sweep" (12-15), "Anomaly Resolution" (16-19) and "Signal Stratification" (20-23). Each tier has Advanced then Superior versions pushing the detected class up to 4. Level them as you unlock the matching telescopes.

Colonizing the far planets

Colonizing stays your source of permanent bonuses, but the far planets are gated by scouting. The Colonization Scouting branch fixes that: the 6 researches "Scouting 1" to "Scouting 6" let whole telescope ranges ignore the scouting limit — planets can be colonized as soon as their requirements are met. Unlock them in telescope order to mass-colonize without a bottleneck.

These planets also yield the most valuable ores — the last five are Quolium, Luterium, Wraith, Aqualite, Opalite. Focus colonies and managers where they come out.

The exponential wall

The unlock price goes from 1.0×10¹⁹ at planet 51 to 1.8×10³⁰ for Vesta. The only way to keep pace: stack the multipliers. Class-4 surges, colonies everywhere, 5-star managers with Leaders, furnaces in overdrive — each one multiplies, and it’s their product that carries you through each order of magnitude. If one order of magnitude blocks you, find which multiplier you haven’t maxed yet.

How to read

The end-game isn’t a click race: it’s an optimization problem. Each session, ask which research branch would unlock the biggest multiplier for your next tier, and aim for it.
